A very unique tear drop shaped lot on an exposed corner informed the design of this inner city home. To take full advantage of the escarpment views and to achieve the desired programmatic elements the design required a three storey solution. With limited private outdoor space at grade, the decision was made to take the main living space and outdoor areas right to the top.
