This new two storey residence started as a renovation to an existing bungalow. After preliminary review it was decided to go new. The client did not want to throw it all away though. The entire kitchen and several other interior elements were salvaged from the original house and incorporated into the new design. The tree lined street inspired the design with the master bedroom's dramatic windows taking in the view.
