This semi-detached residence is located in the inner city neighbourhood of Knob Hill. A commanding corner site provided the inspiration for a dramatic composition. Central stair towers and bridges between levels allow for natural light to flood down through the levels from overhead clerestory windows. Entries for each unit are on opposite streets and a split level design was incorporated to house the under drive double and triple garages. The location of outdoor spaces was also separated to maintain the Owner's privacy.
