A contemporary new residence in the established community of Rosedale. This two storey home was designed for a very active family. The flow of the main floor plan revolves around the central raw steel and glass staircase and the open kitchen. Since the existing streetscape includes prominent entry features, the house was intentionally moved closer to the street and a floating entry canopy welcomes visitors. Orientation to the sun and views was key to the design and many sustainable features were incorporated into the design.
