Over Exposure. The Owner of this home felt a little overexposed on the existing raised deck and the view out was not very appealing either. The solution was to create a walled room that would offer the desired privacy as well as select the views to the yard and the city skyline beyond. A spa, water feature, bridge and outdoor fireplace were integrated into this new outdoor room.
