Fashioned to fit a dynamic family. This existing two storey family home was in need of reshaped family space and innovative storage solutions, resulting in both interior and exterior interventions. A new garage was constructed which also acts a covered outdoor room with wood burning fireplace. The oversized garage includes lockers for storage and an overhead door on the side allows for access to the yard and the sport court. The interior renovations included walls of storage in the lower level as well as reconfiguring the front entry and site lines through the house. The exterior also received a facelift with an elegant new entry.
