These two firms were neighbours at a previous location and decided to share a common address. The solution was to split the existing 1,400 sq.ft. office area into specific programmed spaces with shared meeting, lounge and kitchen areas. Private offices are provided for the financial group. The architect's choice was an open studio concept. It has been a successful amalgamation of the two distinct businesses - so far.
